Upon full payment, clients receive the rights defined in their project agreement or license terms.

• Redistribute or resell software without authorization
• Remove license verification or security mechanisms
• Use the software in violation of applicable laws

5. Payments & Refunds

All prices, payment schedules, and refund policies are specified at the time of purchase or contract agreement.

Due to the nature of digital products and custom development, refunds are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and required assets to ensure project success. Delays caused by missing information may affect delivery timelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

SkySoftPro shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our software or services.

8. Third-Party Services

Our software may integrate with third-party services. SkySoftPro is not responsible for changes, downtime, or issues caused by third-party providers.
